Painted the Tank And Fixed the Broken Fuel Level Sender

Done with the Paining And Blowing off the Rust and Dirt in side the Tank.

Next was the Fuel sender unit Took it off and It wasn't connected to the Meters or anything obviously it was a pain without the Gauge. it would stall and I had to Drive with the fear when it will stop!

First of all I thought of buying one off Ebay or Find one at panchikawattha  It would have cost at least 60$ off ebay and who knows the price from the wattha.

Soo Took a Multy-Meter Tested it and no response what so ever so then I though of taking it off to inspect on the inside.

Took it off and the Pivot was sort of Corroded  and out of adjustment  Sanded the Pivot so it will have contact with the Coil and did the necessary adjustments.
The Pivot Comes in contact with the wounded Coils in this thats how the Gauge get the signal on how much Gas you have got left or Empty

Took out the Gauge from the Dash and Made my own Simple circuit to test the system  Used a 12V but that seems to bee to much and 7V was the best far by No excess heat off the Unit and accurate readings on the Meter.

Lifted the lever a Bit

Lever at the middle

New Wiring in order to be set up tomorrow
